Our Bakery
The Glen Iris Bakery Cafe is a small family own business. Owner Anna and her brother Anthony the baker both grew up watching and helping at their grandpa's bakery. Anna has also spent over 10 years working in restaurants and the food industry. Together they have a over 15 years experience combined in baking and cooking.
Their passion is to create high quality food at an affordable price, without compromising on taste.
Their aim is to create a community bakery from which they grew up upon, where by it is as us much about the food they create as it is about the people that buy it.

Our foods are hand made on site, using the highest quality ingredients . Feel free to come in and watch through the open kitchen and have a chat.

We have a large range of pies and pastries, ranging from chicken and corn to steak and pepper pie.If your are after something more sweet then there is certainly something here to spoil your taste buds. Many Customer have claim that we have the best vanilla slices in Melbourne. We'll let you come and be the judge.
Most popular of all is out Roast Pork Bánh Mì. We roast our pork fresh every morning. You must be quick though because the sell out very quick.
